Photovine is finally here!
After a period of testing (when the app was accessible only on invite), since a few hours ago the new Google-branded social network of photosharing is finally fully opened to the public. The app can only be found on the American AppStore at this right moment, but will soon be available also in the EU stores.
You can download it simply creating an american iTunes account (just remember to set "none" when it asks to specify the payment modalities) and putting the app on your phone, since this passage is required in order to create an account.
As first impression, the app looks really well designed and funny.
Let's see how the community will react to this new entry on the social-sharing panorama!
About the competition with Instagram, there's a huge gap in terms of community that Photovine will need to fill, and anyway I really hope that both of them will be able to survive.

CPU trips: 2011, Moscow!
Here's my personal photo-reportage of this years's touristic trip with my colleagues from the CPU engineering office.
We've been to Moscow from the 2nd to the 6th June, walking around the city and visiting the main attractions that the city can offer..
Most of the photos are taken with a Canon EOS1000D and edited on iPhone with iOS apps, then published on Instagram.
